Job Description

We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven, seasoned, hands-on sales executive who would be responsible for leading the company's commercial strategy across both international and domestic markets. The CCO will drive revenue and profitability growth, develop and manage global sales channels, and cultivate relationships with strategic customers and distributors worldwide. This role involves shaping pricing policies and commercial terms while aligning with the electronics market's unique dynamics, international regulations, and company goals. His mission would be to lead Tabor Electronics’ commercial operations from end-to-end, ensuring sustainable growth in sales and profitability. The CCO will strengthen the company’s position with customers, distributors, and business partners, turning corporate goals into measurable, actionable commercial plans.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute annual and multi-year commercial strategies in line with company goals.
  • Take full accountability for global revenue, product mix, and growth targets.
  • Lead sales, trade, and distribution networks according to the company’s organizational structure.
  • Establish pricing, discount structures, and commercial terms to ensure both profitability and market competitiveness.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, demand shifts, and technological innovations to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Lead commercial negotiations with strategic clients, global distributors, and business partners, including global defense entities.
  • Oversee sales forecasting and demand planning in close collaboration with Supply Chain and Operations.
  • Build work plans and commercial budgets; establish ongoing monitoring and control mechanisms.
  • Develop and motivate professional teams and managers, setting clear goals and providing performance-based feedback.
  • Work closely with the executive team to drive data-driven decision-making and performance improvements.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Meeting growth targets across specific categories, customers, and sales channels.
  • Accuracy of sales and demand forecasts.
  • Optimization of commercial terms, discounts, and bonuses.
  • Expansion of the customer/partner base and retention of strategic accounts.
  • Improvement in service levels, delivery metrics, and overall customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. MBA – a significant advantage.
  • 10–12 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role managing global commercial/sales operations and distribution channels.
  • Proven track record in leading global commercial activities within technology companies. Experience with multi-disciplinary products, electronics, or Test & Measurement (Hardware/Software) – a major advantage.
  • Deep experience in complex negotiations, pricing strategies, and managing strategic accounts, specifically within global defense sectors.
  • High proficiency in business data analysis, sales reporting, profitability assessment, and forecasting.
  • Solid grasp of supply chain processes and demand planning.
  • Native-level or highly proficient in Hebrew and English (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP/CRM systems.
  • Broad strategic and business vision.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive multi-departmental interfaces.
  • High-level interpersonal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
